The department of Civil engineering create the outstanding engineers with advanced teaching techniques and learning aids. Students are not only made experts in technical aspects but also in interpersonal skills, a vital ingredient to excel in this pace of world. Civil Engineering is having high demand now a days due to the various development schemes in the Govt. sector as well as private sector.
The department of Civil engineering has been a part of the institution since its inception. The department enjoys a cluster of elite and cerebral highbrows of faculties who make students learn and realise various techniques in the design and construction, focussing on recent and future trends and sustainable living earth.
The department provides rich lab facilities with updated testing equipments to try and test the advancement made in construction technology and products.The department also has conjoined hands with a number of Govt. and private institutes, to renter a consultancy service to students for live projects, industrial visits, vocational and industrial trainings.
The CE department has B.Tech course having 60 seats and two MTech courses, one in Structural & Construction Management and the other in Geo Mechanics & Structures. Both the course having 24 seats.
